Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient panels with diverse needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care services.
  • Treat patients in-office or remotely, utilizing telehealth platforms as needed.
  • Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues via daily huddles and virtual teams to optimize patient care.
  • Supervise NP/PA colleagues, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine (or Board Eligible with plans to obtain certification within 1 year).
  • At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting.
  • State licensure in MD prior to start date.

Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $244,000 to $260,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation may be considered for candidates who exceed specified qualifications and requirements.
