Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at Beacon Hill. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external dealers and internal departments, managing all assigned projects and orders, and resolving problems by listening to customers and understanding their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison to customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Track and troubleshoot orders from inception through completion
  • Serve as primary customer contact for questions and troubleshooting
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management

Requirements:

  • Two or more years of work experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and business ethics
