Job Summary:

U-Haul is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused U-Box Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a U-Box Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of U-Box containers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a flatbed truck and transport U-Box containers to and from customers' homes and businesses.
  • Load and unload U-Box containers, ensuring they are properly secured and delivered to the correct location.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge of U-Haul products and services.

Requirements:

  • Clean motor vehicle driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Department of Transportation certification.
  • Commercial driver's license (CDL).

Work Environment:

The work involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions. May be required to use protective clothing or gear, such as masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.

Physical Demands:

The work requires some physical exertion, including long periods of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
