Retail Sales Associates at K&G Fashion Superstore are the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and sales. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer experience, including handling customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of product knowledge, assist with replenishing merchandise, and contribute to a positive work environment.

  • We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering world-class customer service, have a desire to learn and adapt to new programs, and can work well with associates at all levels.

Our Retail Sales Associates are responsible for:

  • Handling and accurately following standard operating procedures for all customer purchases, returns, exchanges, store credits, and discounted transactions.
  • Incorporating suggestive selling techniques when assisting customers and responding to any customer inquiries and needs.
  • Assisting with replenishing merchandise, store layout, recovery, general housekeeping of the store, and monitoring and maintenance of floor stock and fitting room areas.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shifts, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and or supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.

Pay Range: $15.00-$17.00

We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
