About This Role: Wells Fargo seeks a skilled Associate Personal Banker to join its National Branch Network as part of the Consumer, Small & Business Banking division. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by building relationships through proactive outreach and proposing suitable products, services, and digital solutions to help customers achieve financial success.

Job Description:

  1. Participate in delivering outstanding customer service by establishing strong relationships with customers and suggesting personalized banking solutions to meet their evolving needs.
  2. Assist customers with routine requests related to account openings, service inquiries, and credit applications, ensuring prompt resolution and exceeding customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of bank products and services to effectively connect with customers' needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  4. Interact with customers to demonstrate empathy, build trust, and foster long-term relationships.
  5. Collaborate with internal partners to refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and experts as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of experience interacting with customers or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Ability to educate and engage customers through proactive outreach via phone or email.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
