Job Summary

LOGZONE, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide receptionist duties, including answering phones, responding to messages, and greeting clients.
  • Support the Property Manager in managing office automation initiatives, including technical system maintenance.
  • Offer administrative support to office personnel and clients, including data gathering, reminders, and phone calls.
  • Liaise between Agencies, Property Management, and General Contractors.
  • Process and distribute mechanical/custodial service requests, ensuring compliance with NCMMS.
  • Act as Timekeeper for the So.IL/IN Service Center, utilizing HR Links computerized timekeeping system.
  • Maintain file programs and collect and catalogue FSS information.
  • Submit office supply requests and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Issue keys to client representatives and contractors, and maintain office logs.
  • Operate computer programs, including Google, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, and Microsoft Publishers.
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested by the Supervisory Property Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a current Procedures Manual, covering key tasks and functions performed by administrative services positions.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Resourcefulness, initiative, and skill to function in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail in goal/task accomplishment with minimal supervision.
  • Professionalism and ability to interact effectively with others.
  • Ability to meet planned and unscheduled deadlines in a timely manner.
  • Background suitability clearance (HSPD-12) by GSA, prior to work and maintenance of this suitability clearance.
  • Ability to work independently, with adequate supervision provided by the Contractor.
  • Contractor shall ensure that the Government only pays for actual hours worked under this effort.
  • Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) or more years in an administrative capacity, preferably with a Government Agency or Contractor.
