Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage AM contractors and union labor in all areas of maintenance operations.
  • Ensure that all critical preventative and corrective maintenance is being planned and completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Supervise and direct labor in the maintaining of a safe and clean working environment through the adherence to OSHA, hazardous, safety procedures and perform frequent inspections of all equipment.
  • Exhibit pride in the APMT values-oriented culture and strive to inspire others to respect and maintain our high standard of customer excellence.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the terminal operation is supplied with properly maintained equipment through direct interaction and communication of fellow team members in other functional areas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university in related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Five (5) years terminal operations, Data analysis, Asset management.
  • Electrical engineering experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong managerial, supervisory, team building, motivating and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage conflicting goals, resource conflicts, and make correct real-time decisions.
