Job Title: Muse (Sales Associate)

The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a keen eye for detail. As a Muse, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, providing personalized service, and driving sales through effective product knowledge and styling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each guest.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and styling options.
  • Utilize product knowledge to make informed recommendations, drive sales, and exceed guest expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support visual merchandising efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company initiatives, and industry trends to provide informed and engaging conversations with guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and climb ladders as needed.
