Job Summary:

Ferguson Enterprises is seeking an experienced HSE Hazmat and Environmental Compliance Programs Manager to join our team. This role will serve as the technical authority and strategic partner in controlling environmental and hazmat risk exposures and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical guidance and leadership on environmental compliance programs, including hazardous waste, stormwater, air emissions, and environmental health issues. Develop and monitor procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions. Lead state-specific programs to ensure uniformity and compliance with pertinent regulations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, coupled with a proven track record in program management and regulatory compliance. Proven expertise of 5+ years in HSE or compliance management, with a keen understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to navigate complex initiatives while juggling multiple priorities with ease.
