Manufacturing Engineer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Syntricate Technologies. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems to meet our business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Review and develop machine specifications for manual, semi-automated, and fully automated machines
* Experience in CREO to review custom tooling, fixtures, gages, and components
* Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles, including balance tables, process flow diagrams, line Client-outs, and ergonomic designs
* Experience in assembly equipment technologies and equipment and line process validations (IQ / OQ / PQ / MSA's)
* Working knowledge of Lean Principles and/or 6 Sigma Methodology, GD&T, FMEA, DFA, and DFM principles
* Familiarity with statistical analysis, including capability, process control, DOE's, control charts, and Minitab experience preferred
* Experience or working knowledge of control systems, PLC logic, and vision systems

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related field
* Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and systems
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
