Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, with estimated weekly pay ranging from $800 to $1,200, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:

  • Stipends available under certain circumstances
Job Description

As a Speech Therapist Assistant, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with communication disorders. This will involve:

  • Conducting evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Providing speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintaining accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attending meetings and providing reports on student progress
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid North Carolina state SLPA License
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
