We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at vTech Solution, Inc. as an RNFA in General Surgery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laparoscopic and robotic procedures, with experience using EPIC/SBAR systems.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work in an outpatient surgery center, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. As an RNFA, you will be responsible for assisting surgeons during procedures and ensuring that all necessary equipment is available.

Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons during general surgery procedures
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment is available and functioning properly
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients
  • Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
  • Current RNFA certification and compact/WA license required
  • At least 2 years of experience in General Surgery, with a focus on laparoscopic and robotic procedures
  • Experience using EPIC/SBAR systems preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
