We are seeking an experienced Financial Services Director to join our team at The Premier Collection in Palisades Mazda. This is a rare opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic and superior organizational skills.

The role involves providing recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases, presenting additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience, and ensuring sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote business growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position, ensuring alignment with local, state and federal guidelines.
  • Guarantee the expeditious funding of all contracts, protecting the moral, financial and legal wellbeing of the retailer.
  • Foster a friction-free, fully transparent customer experience, aligning with our company values.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealerships and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in retail sales and F&I management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including CDK experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make sound decisions.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results.
