Electrical Project Manager for Low Voltage Controls and Communications

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Site-Superintendent to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the work of the job crew employees on a daily basis. This includes hiring and training new employees, maintaining familiarity with plans and specifications, and attending coordination meetings as required.
Estimated Salary
The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated safe and proficient operation of equipment in a variety of work environments
- Must be able to perform physical duties (Lifting, walking, climbing, bending, and leaning for extended periods of time)
- Must be able to work in inclement weather (Hot, Cold) including working on high areas
- Bend and install rigid conduit
- Setup and pull wire and cable
- Terminate power, control, and instrumentation wire and cable
- Install electrical gear, equipment, and devices
- Install and troubleshoot PLC's
- Install and troubleshoot AC and DC Drives
- Knowledge of Single and Three Phase motors and motor control systems
- Proven experience in electrical field
- Read and comprehend tape measure, blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, formulas and processing charts
- Must have knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety standards
