Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Imaging Specialist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Columbia, South Carolina.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is $120 per hour, with a guaranteed total of $64,800 over the 13-week period. Additionally, a tax-free stipend will be provided, amounting to approximately $20,000, bringing the total compensation to around $84,800.

Key Responsibilities

As an Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating computer tomography equipment to produce high-quality images for medical diagnosis and treatment planning. Your duties will include:

  • Preparing patients for scans by explaining procedures, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Operating CT scanners to obtain precise and accurate images, taking into account patient size, weight, and mobility.
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies, reporting any malfunctions or issues to management.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certification: Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiologic Sciences, specializing in Computed Tomography (CT).
  • Education: Associate's degree or higher in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist in a hospital or imaging center setting.
