Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Agent/Broker to join our team at the Mitchell Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and finding the best products to protect new and existing clients, contacting potential clients to set up consultations, and staying in contact with carriers and clients until they are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and find the best products from our 40+ A-rated carriers to protect new and existing clients.
  • Contact potential clients to set up consultations (phone or Zoom).
  • Stay in contact with carriers and clients until the client is protected.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented.
  • Coachable.
  • Self-accountable and self-motivated.
  • Willing to focus on continuous personal development.

Compensation:

  • Part-time agents make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
  • Full-time agents make approximately $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year.
  • Agency owners generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year.
