Job Overview

Brilliant Earth is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team in Portland, OR. As a key member of our showroom team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless order fulfillment, and maintaining a luxurious environment in our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized and exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for every Brilliant Earth customer.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Facilitate appointments, manage the security of goods, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising and retail operations standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience, matching clients with available representatives or scheduling return visits as needed.
  • Consistently seek opportunities to improve the customer experience, adding value to the sales team and upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment, with exceptional time management skills and accountability.
  • Strong computer and organization skills, with a passion for socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products.
