We are seeking a dedicated Meat Associate Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide continuous attention to customer needs and ensure prompt, courteous, and friendly service
• Greet and assist customers in a professional manner
• Offer product suggestions to enhance customer shopping experience
• Stock and rotate department products to ensure freshness and quality
• Operate department equipment and tools efficiently and safely
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, free from safety hazards

Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds. You must be able to lift heavy objects occasionally and work at heights using ladders or step stools.
