Job Summary:

The IT Project Manager position is a critical role within the Department of General Services, Enterprise Technology Solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases and aspects of project management, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a government or IT environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
