Job Summary:

This role involves overseeing the installation and commissioning of new gas turbine equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of gas turbine systems and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the successful installation and commissioning of gas turbine equipment, meeting manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Develop project construction/advanced work packages and support superintendents with scope, materials, budget, QC requirements, and auditing of turnover package readiness.
  • Maintain project controls records and earned value reporting.
  • Document all construction activities, inspections, and OEM checklists in detailed turn over packages for internal and client use.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with gas turbines in a field engineering or maintenance capacity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of gas turbine systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 90% of the time.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • $120,000 - $150,000 per year (depending on experience).
