Quality Assurance Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team at Orscheln Industries. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality of our products by inspecting incoming components and verifying they meet design specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect incoming components to ensure conformance with design specifications using fixed and variable measuring instruments.
- Develop and maintain component control plans to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy records of all inspections.
- Work closely with the Quality Engineer Technician to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; ASQ certification is preferred.
- One to three years of experience in receiving inspection is desired.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Ability to recognize and call critical characteristic symbols as listed on blueprints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is preferred.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
