Bowling Attendant

Bowlero Corp is seeking a friendly and welcoming Greeter/Counter Desk Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and inviting welcome
• Manage the waitlist and track availability of lanes, shoes, and equipment
• Prepare for leagues and special events
• Ring sales at the counter and follow cash control procedures
• Promptly notify mechanics of any pinsetter malfunctions and log issues
• Assist guests with basic bowling instruction and operate POS systems, central panels, and PA systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent restaurant/hospitality experience (optional)
• Proven success in school or previous job experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol
