We are seeking skilled and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Snow Cat Operators. As a Snow Cat Operator, you will be responsible for grooming and preparing the snow surface for our skiing guests.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical fitness and attention to detail. You will work collaboratively with others to ensure that our trails and surfaces are safe and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate grooming equipment to prepare and groom ski area trails and surfaces.
  • Work collaboratively with others to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep of machines to prevent downtime.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
  • Experience working with and operating heavy machinery.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Clarity of mind and ability to climb in and out of the machine safely.

The estimated salary for this position is between $20.00 - $24.07 per hour.
