Job Summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Review Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing user-generated content on our clients platform to ensure it meets community guidelines. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company and make a positive impact on the online community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review content to determine if it meets community guidelines
  • Participate in frequent refresher training to stay up-to-date on policies
  • Comply with performance indicators and parameters defined by the client
  • Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content
  • Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely

Requirements
  • Bilingual Portuguese/English
  • Ability to work on-site at Port St. Lucie, Florida
  • Strong emotional intelligence and resilience
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to type 25 wpm
