We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care while working closely with our dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

About the Role

As a Radiology Technologist, your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality x-ray images of specified body areas as directed by physicians or radiologists. You will also be responsible for positioning and instructing patients regarding x-ray procedures, performing x-ray procedures using portable machines, processing films for radiologists, preparing or cleaning patient rooms, protecting patients from undue exposure to radiation, and maintaining imaging and processing equipment.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Successful completion of an approved radiological training program and ability to meet the requirements for registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) required
  • Current license/certification in the state of practice required
  • Possess a current Basic Life Support Certification or obtain certification within one month of employment required
  • At least one (1) year of experience in a setting serving the same age/type of patient population served by this facility or department preferred
Salary and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is estimated to be between $25.58 and $39.49, depending on experience.
