Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Mental Health Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide counseling services to students, develop and deliver wellness programs, and collaborate with faculty and staff to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional counseling services to students, addressing their mental health needs and promoting overall well-being.
  • Develop and deliver wellness programs that foster a healthy campus environment and promote student success.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to identify student needs and develop strategies to support student success.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy, or a doctoral degree in Psychology.
  • Two or more years of experience in a professional counseling capacity.
  • Demonstrated advanced knowledge and abilities in counseling theory, techniques, and methods.
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a college/university counseling center.
  • Experience in mental health and wellness outreach programming.
  • Experience delivering clinical supervision to undergraduate or graduate students.
