Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Inventory Control Lead. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, performing daily counts and audits, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including computer updates and requisition preparation
  • Perform daily inventory counts and audits, providing detailed documentation of results
  • Assist in inventory and procedural audits, ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Process product returns and reconcile routes, invoices, and other documents
  • Supervise others in inventory control, providing guidance and support as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory control and HACCP required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of responsibility
  • Computer literacy, including MS Office and electronic inventory database software

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $25-$31 per hour, based on relevant experience and education.
