Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $42,000 and $60,000 based on location and experience.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Assembly Laborer responsible for assembling components according to product specifications.

As a skilled professional, you will work with various materials to assemble and install windows for residential and commercial buildings, ensuring they are properly fitted, sealed, and functional while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Able to identify that product meets quality and productivity standards
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to focus on details to guarantee production of high-quality products
• Ability to read and follow documented procedures and standards
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment to assure delivery requirements
• Willing and available to work overtime to reach goals
• Clear communication (oral and written) skills

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Weekend work may be necessary. Travel is not expected for this role.
