We are seeking a highly skilled Psyiatric - Mental Health Physician to join our team at Family Health Centers of San Diego (FHCSD). With a rich history of providing caring, affordable, high-quality health care and supportive services, we are committed to serving the uninsured, low-income, and medically underserved communities.

As a Psychiatrist with FHCSD, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations across San Diego County, including Diamond Neighborhoods Family Health Center, Escondido Family Counseling Center, Grossmont Family Counseling Center, Logan Heights Family Counseling Center, Oceanside Family Counseling Center, Sweetwater Family Counseling Center.

You will be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional mental health services, promoting cultural competency, and fostering a culture of compassion and respect. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary range: $280,000.00-$336,000.00 per year

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong commitment to community medicine and a demonstrated ability to provide culturally competent psychiatric services to the medically underserved. A graduate degree from an accredited school of medicine and completion of a 3-year residency in Psychiatry or current status as a 3rd year resident in a Psychiatry program are required. DEA license, current American Heart Association healthcare provider CPR certification, and fluency in Spanish are preferred qualifications.
