Job Summary

This role serves as the initial point of contact and representative for the assigned department. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, perform routine administrative tasks, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming phone calls and emails, addressing basic inquiries and forwarding complex issues to relevant parties as needed.
  • Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner, providing information and directions as required.
  • Perform various administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence preparation.
  • Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • May contact emergency services in cases of urgency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions

The work environment is climate-controlled, with minimal exposure to safety hazards. The successful candidate will work in a Microsoft Windows environment, using standard office equipment.
