Job Title: Store Manager

About the Role:

The Store Manager is a key member of the Shan Mason Group team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Papa Murphy's store. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Implement sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage store budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Recruit, train, and develop store team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of supervisory and QSR management experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required.
  • Ability to effectively manage people, demonstrate good written and oral communication skills, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS.
  • Ability to read and apply fundamental math skills, including weights and measurements.
  • Knowledge of store financials, P & L's, break-even analysis, food cost analysis, labor cost analysis, and other financial information relative to store operations.

Working Conditions:

  • Regularly required to stand and walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to bend and stoop, kneel or crouch.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain punctual and regular attendance.
