Job Description

The Comfort Inn & Suites Sturbridge is seeking a skilled and energetic individual to join our front desk team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Register and assign rooms to guests, answer inquiries about hotel services and amenities.
  • Keep accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, make and confirm reservations as needed.
  • Compute guest bills, collect payment, and make change, post charges for room, food, and other services.
  • Answer and transfer phone calls, messages, and faxes, utilizing hotel systems and technology.
  • Verify guest credit, establish payment methods, and account for all cash and deposits according to hotel policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service, respond to guest comments and complaints, and refer issues to management as necessary.
  • Requirements:
  • Ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Reports to work on time, in uniform, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Follows all safety and security protocols, completes required training and certifications.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Working Conditions: This is a part-time position that may lead to full-time opportunities. The individual will work both morning and afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays.
