Job Overview

We are currently seeking experienced Account Executives to join our successful Sales team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community, including doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, and skilled nursing facilities. Your primary objective will be to meet or exceed your monthly sales quota while educating clients about our services, respiratory equipment, and medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources in the medical community

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through face-to-face sales calls and client education

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our services and products

Compensation Package

As a valued member of our Sales team, you can expect a competitive salary, along with a highly lucrative commission plan, bonus opportunities, car and mileage reimbursement, company cellular phone, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our compensation package includes:

• A base salary of $80,000 per year

• A highly competitive commission structure

• Bonus opportunities based on performance

Education and Experience

We seek candidates with a strong background in respiratory services, durable medical equipment, or home medical equipment sales. A four-year college degree is preferred, but not required. If you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

  • Background investigation (company-wide)
  • Drug screen (when applicable for the position)
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
  • Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process, if required
