Overview

Dexcom Corporation, a pioneering and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), is seeking an experienced Technical Learning Solutions Architect to join our Human Resources Learning & Development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality, engaging learning solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze complex training needs and design highly effective learning solutions to address those needs.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, Subject Matter Experts, and business partners to build and roll out technical and non-technical training solutions.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics such as engagement, knowledge retention, and behavioral change.
  • Develop project plans and schedules that integrate resources, tasks, and timelines.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 13+ years of experience in learning and development, performance improvement, or related fields, with at least 5 years of management experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory, needs assessment approaches, and performance analysis methods.
  • Strong experience in instructional design models, processes, and criteria for assessing quality and relevance of instructional content.
  • Familiarity with various delivery options and media for training and learning events.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform decisions and drive improvements in training and development programs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing, automation, or medical device industries.
  • Project management certification or comparable experience.
  • Instructional design, training, or facilitation certificate or credentials.
  • Behavioral assessment certification or DACUM Certification.
