Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Program Assessment Analyst to join our team in Arlington, VA. The successful candidate will provide support services for the Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), and other government agencies.

  • The Program Assessment Analyst will assist in developing an assessment capability to review DoD Component InT programs for compliance with national and DoD policies, minimum standards, and other requirements.
  • The analyst will conduct tailored, purposeful, and instructive assessments that measure not only compliance but effectiveness and efficiency, providing feedback and recommendations.
  • The role requires strong communication skills, including written and oral presentation, as well as negotiation and collaboration skills.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the multi-functional disciplines of insider threat, supporting an insider threat program or capability.
  • At least eight years of experience implementing DoD and the Defense Intelligence Enterprise information security policies and procedures related to an insider threat program.
  • Intermediate knowledge of project management documentation, such as project plans, schedules, and standard operating procedures.
  • Eight years of experience drafting, coordinating, and staffing actions within OSD, the Services, a 4th Estate Defense Agency, or the Joint Staff.
  • A deep understanding of the DoD population through work experience directly supporting the military or DoD population.
  • Researching and analyzing DoD and Component policies and directives.
  • Familiarity with the National Insider Threat Task Force Policies and Minimum Standards for Insider Threat Programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A valid US Passport.
