Lead the Way:

As a General Manager at McDonald's, you'll be responsible for leading the restaurant's operations, including food production, guest service, and crew management. You'll oversee all aspects of the restaurant, from inventory and budgeting to food safety and quality control.

Plan for Success:
Proactively lead and manage all People processes, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, as well as performance management and training. You'll be responsible for ensuring that all employees are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet the high standards of McDonald's.

Be in the Know:
Stay up-to-date on inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs to make informed business decisions. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, and that all operations are meeting the high standards of McDonald's.

Take Action First:
Ensure that food safety measures are in place and achieved to McDonald's standards of excellence. You'll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers alike.

Inspire and Empower:
Maintain a high level of standard for guest and employee safety. You'll be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employees to grow and develop.

Be Results-Oriented:
Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance plans to meet and exceed standards of excellence. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently, and that all operations are meeting the high standards of McDonald's.

To be a successful General Manager, you'll need:

  • HSD or GED preferred;
  • Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members);
  • 1+ years' experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others OR US Military Service;
  • A commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace;
  • Strong customer service and support focus;
  • The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs;
  • To provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
