Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support frontline operations employees in the absence of the on-site manager.
  • Ensure delivery of quality customer service to the traveling public.
  • Assist in training of operations staff and commercial vehicle operators.
  • Monitor all frontline operations activities and ensure safe and clean working conditions.

What You'll Do:

  1. Prepare daily/weekly shift schedules.
  2. Ensure that frontline employees understand all aspects of their respective assignments.
  3. Investigate accidents and incidents and prepare requisite reports.
  4. Coordinate availability and proper use of 2-way radios.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Minimal high school diploma (2 years of college preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced commercial transportation/customer service environment.

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong problem-solving and judgment skills.
