Beverage Specialist

PJ's Coffee of Katy at Grand Morton seeks a skilled Beverage Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Prepare all beverages and food items to meet PJ's Coffee specifications and customer satisfaction standards.
• Proactively suggest new beverages, drink enhancements, snacks, and pastries to improve the overall experience and knowledge of customers.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, adhering to sanitary, safety, and aesthetic requirements.
• Assist with operational needs, equipment maintenance, and necessary improvements as needed.

• Previous barista experience is not required; we provide comprehensive training.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

$12-$15 per hour based on experience.
