Anesthesiology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Anesthesiology Specialist to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment in Oklahoma City. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

As an Anesthesiology Specialist, you will be responsible for providing safe, quality, and age-appropriate anesthesia care to patients undergoing various medical procedures. You will work closely with our experienced team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients during surgeries and other medical procedures
• Provide pre and post-anesthetic evaluations to ensure patient safety
• Obtain informed consent for anesthesia and manage induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia care
• Participate in codes as directed and provide consultation on airway management

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program (AANA)
• Successfully passed the national certifying examination within one year of program completion
• Active RN and APRN license in the State of Oklahoma with prescriptive authority
• PALS and/or ACLS certified
• NBCRNA certification
• BLS American Heart Association (AHA) certified
• Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and age-specific care needs
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills
• Proficiency with computer systems and Windows applications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
