About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional caregiving services to clients, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care needs. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming* Support clients with mobility and transfer needs* Provide personal care services, including toileting and feeding* Maintain client confidentiality and dignity at all times* Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure seamless care delivery* Document client progress and concerns accurately and thoroughly* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

* A valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent* Experience working in a caregiving or healthcare setting* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills* Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
