About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Operations Specialist to join our team in Washington DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and providing oral and written briefings to senior-level management.

Job Description
  • Perform complex tasks essential for creating talking points and briefing materials for leadership in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Provide comprehensive oral and written briefing support to the 24/7 Watch, ensuring leadership has high-level and detailed situational awareness.
  • Engage in research activities to furnish leadership with insightful analysis regarding situational awareness, impacts, and TTP for the Watch and CISA leadership.
  • Coordinate with other entities to address and fill informational gaps, enhancing the quality and completeness of intelligence.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Homeland Security, Emergency Management, Public Policy, Public Administration, or English preferred.
  • Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in developing and providing oral and written briefings to SES-level management.
  • Ability to accurately convey a wide variety of information, including critical, time-sensitive material, during steady-state and high-tempo operations.
  • Experience in 24x7 operations center activities focusing on cyber, emergency management, communications, or critical infrastructure.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
