">Triangle, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Residential Program Director to lead our residential program. The successful candidate will have experience in managing programs and staff.
">About the Role
">This is a full-time position that requires a Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
">The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location.
">Key Responsibilities
">- ">
Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated programs and program staff to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters.
">">Meet, screen, and interview referrals for support.
">">Schedule staff coverage of all shifts by appropriate, well-trained staff. Provide direct care coverage as required.
">">Request clinical support as program needs dictate.
">">Conduct monthly supervision meetings with staff.
">">Confers with program staff to provide advice, support, and to resolve problems.
">">Maintain regular periodic and as needed contact with DDS, families' advocates, and day programs of persons served, local VNA, therapists, and program consultants. Document all contact.
">">Ensure all case files are well maintained and organized by case managers. Ensure all necessary and pertinent documentation is complete.
">">Provide primary on-call coverage for programs on a rotating basis, as assigned for all residential homes.
">">Ensure medication is handled and administered by certified staff in keeping with DPH/DDS Medication Administration Program guidelines.
">">Ensure medication is ordered, tracked, and stored, as regulations require.
">">Ensure residence is maintained in a safe, healthful, and clean manner, including application and compliance for all needed inspections (i.e., Fire Department, Building and Code inspections, DPH, Quest, and CARF inspections and certifications).
">">Appointment of site Human Rights Officer. Assignment of staff to run regular house meetings and human rights meetings.
">">Assist with new program development.
">">Ensure that individual Support Plans and Behavioral Support Plans are implemented consistently.
">">Schedule and facilitate monthly staff meetings and participate in monthly Program Managers Meetings.
">">Review and approve all Individual Support Plan Assessments, Support Strategies, and Progress Notes, prior to distribution to funding source and/or other interested parties.
">">Monitor program staff to ensure they maintain CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration Certification as well as any other training deemed necessary to effectively carry out their duties.
">">Directly supervises five to ten residential staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Triangle's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as addressing complaints and resolving problems. Conduct performance appraisals, and interviews for potential hires and participate in the hiring and dismissing of employees.

Requirements
">Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. One year's supervisory and administrative experience. Medication Administration Certification, CPR, and First Aid, Human Rights Officer training. On-the-job training may be provided in some of these areas. Valid MA Drive License.
