About the Role: As a Pediatric Care Specialist at Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital, you will be working in a dynamic 24-bed pediatric progressive care unit with a patient to nurse ratio of 3:1. The unit provides care for patients with cardiac and nephrology issues, as well as kidney, heart, and liver transplant patients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. You will also have strong problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and develop strategies to address them. Additionally, you will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care.

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive salary range for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
