About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Service Manager to join our team at Resulticks. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of omnichannel marketing campaigns and serving as the main point of contact for communication, documentation, conflict resolution, compliance, deliverables, and billing for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Resulticks' capabilities and services, with the ability to effectively communicate all offerings to clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather campaign requirements and suggest ideas for improved communication and customer engagement.
  • Communicate clients' desired outcomes to internal development teams and ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Manage end-to-end omnichannel digital marketing campaigns, including setup, execution, A/B testing, performance assessment, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Work closely with project teams to monitor campaigns and identify potential issues and opportunities for elevating outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, procedural best practices, quality standards, and client expectations.
  • Manage client projects and campaigns to ensure timely completion and profitability.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding deliverables and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Communication, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or Data Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Client Services or Account Management, preferably in an ad agency setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with digital marketing practitioners and IT professionals about omnichannel campaign orchestration, audience segmentation, personalization, data analytics, cyber security, and database architecture.
  • Digital marketing campaign management experience, with expertise in email, SMS, social media, and other channels.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and prioritize rapidly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
