Customer Service Representative

At MSI, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our retail team as a Floor Sales Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills.
The salary for this position is approximately $19.50 per hour, which translates to an estimated annual income of around $40,700 based on 40 hours of work per week.
About the JobIn this role, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
As a Floor Sales Associate, you'll work closely with customers to understand their needs, answer questions about products, and provide recommendations. You'll also be responsible for processing sales transactions, handling returns and exchanges, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.

- Assist customers with product selection, answering questions and providing recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- High school education required; some college work preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
