Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly and Test Technician to join our team at Nuclear Fuel Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and inspecting electromechanical systems and sub-systems, including control rod drive mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and test control rod drive mechanisms and sub-assembly components
  • Inspect and package products for shipment
  • Perform electrical measurements and precision mechanical adjustments
  • Maintain assembly and test facility equipment and cleanliness
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree in mechanical or electronic technology preferred
  • Three years of experience in precision electromechanical assembly and test
  • Ability to work any shift and obtain a DOE security clearance
