We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Nursing to lead our team at Cambridge Medical Professionals.

The successful candidate will have prior experience working with dual diagnosis patients and management experience, along with LVN or RN licensure. The Director of Nursing would be responsible for the direct supervision of the nursing staff and tech staff management. They would develop nursing and tech staff schedules, provide coverage for open shifts due to sickness, employee termination, etc., and provide continuous client care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling.

**Job Responsibilities:**

  • Direct supervision of nursing staff

**Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with dual diagnosis patients
  • Prior management experience
  • LVN or RN Licensure

**Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, including health benefits and PTO. Our Residential Addiction Treatment Facility is located North of Dallas, and we work with a multi-disciplinary team that includes master level therapists, addiction trained physicians, psychiatrists, neuropsychologists, and 24/7 nursing care. We treat addiction as well as any underlying co-occurring psychiatric conditions.
