As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make personal connections with residents, assist with daily physical and hygienic care needs, and promote a safe and clean environment. You'll also be responsible for observing and reporting any physical or emotional changes, and advising supervising charge nurses of residents' status and condition.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent, a current and valid CNA certification, and a minimum of 1 year of previous long-term care experience. You'll also need to pass a background screening.
