Job Description

Mountainside Treatment Center is a leading behavioral health and addiction treatment center seeking a highly motivated and qualified Licensed Clinician to join our treatment team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in a Relatable Field and a valid clinical license in the state of practice. Experience in conducting intake assessments and knowledge of addiction treatment protocols are also required.

The Licensed Clinician will play a crucial role in the treatment process, facilitating the intake process, individual therapy, group therapy, and various assessments. They will also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and various key stakeholders to create an individualized recovery experience for each client.

The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. They will also have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in documentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and provide individual and group therapy
  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team and various key stakeholders
  • Develop and implement individualized recovery plans
  • Provide case management and crisis intervention services
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a Relatable Field
  • Valid clinical license in the state of practice
  • Experience in conducting intake assessments and knowledge of addiction treatment protocols
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
