Sales Territory Manager Job Description

At Hubbell Power Systems, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Territory Manager to join our team in Central California. As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for managing a designated territory to ensure effective and efficient sales of our products. Your primary goal will be to achieve sales objectives within the assigned territory, while maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct sales calls on distributors and potential users of our products to promote and sell our products.
  • Manage distributor inventory to ensure proper levels and maximize return on investment.
  • Maintain accurate account records and conduct sales training as directed by Field Management.
  • Communicate new products, product modifications, and sales tools to the district manager and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the district manager to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales objectives.
  • Requirements:
  • College degree required and 3+ years of related industry sales experience, or a High School diploma with 5+ years of related industry sales experience.
  • Contractor sales experience is a plus.
  • MS Office proficient.
